  • I have purchased a major service groupon voucher for Kessel Motors today and phone to see when I could get an appointment to bring my car in. I explained to Nelson that i may need new brake pads and as I am taking my 2 small children away this weekend could he please squeeze me in urgently. Although they were fully booked, Nelson kindly offered to make time tomorrow to assist me. I thought the service was great! I have since read all the negative comments on Hello Peter and am feeling abit concerned that I am going to get ripped off! Lets hope I can add another compliment tomorrow and not a complaint! As said the initial service has been fantastic so I am feeling optimistic.
